I love smoothies! Not only because they are so easy to make and are a great source of natural vitamins. It is also a fun to experiment with colour mixing in the kitchen!
Here is my favourite - super easy and healthy „chocolate“ smoothie which does not contain any chocolate or cacao.
Ingredients:
1 banana
50 g / 1.8 oz blackcurrants (I use frozen berries in winter, fresh in summer)
A handful of spinach leaves
150 g / 5.3 oz water (I use room temperature water)
If you like smoothies to be sweeter, just add some honey or agave syrup
Preparation time about 5 min.
Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend them until you get smoothie.
